Well, we finally made it, after the years of threatening to do it, we are finally here, and out of all our choices, OZ, New Zealand and UK, I think we chose wisely, firstly cos of my ancestry and the ease of getting the ancestry Visa, secondly, cos its not an isolated country like NZ or OZ, its central, so we get to see the world. And thirdly, for Zoey and her education... ease of getting around to places to see etc... oh theres a bunch of reasons, but here we are. Now to find a job and get stuck in :) Anyway, hello, good evening and thank you for listening.

Being in the South African Metal Community, Most of our friends have body art, and no, not the little black daisy/starfish/heart that the 14 year old Britney fan dashes out to get without her sperm donor dad knowing, no, we're talking full sleeves, Tribal back pieces, skulls, demons, Logos, all sorts of dark and wierd stuff. So I am going to embark on a mission, to photograph these people, not only showing their Tattoos - but to TRY capture their personlalities as well, I flip through loads of Tattoo magazines, and they are just art pieces, may as well be on a canvas, I want to try capture the nature of the person, and in doing so, will tell
